  1. Technical support is provided only to customers who purchase digital licenses.

  2. Support is available via email or live chat.

  3. Technical support is provided remotely using applications such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk, either free of charge or paid, depending on the case. Support is valid for one-time use only.

  4. Technical support covers issues related to the key or digital license and does not cover other device issues.

  5. Technical support is available during official working hours, as determined by Syrian-Software.

  6. Support is available for one year from the purchase date.

  7. The customer must provide correct purchase information to receive technical support.

Important Notes:

  1. The company is not responsible for any issues arising from device problems, viruses, or unauthorized modifications. Customers must resolve these issues on their own before requesting support or warranty services.

  2. In the event of a breach of the company’s terms, the customer may be banned from further interaction with the company. No refunds will be provided, and no support or warranty services will be offered.

  3. If the website is hacked or customer data is leaked, we will cooperate with the relevant authorities to minimize damage. However, the company is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from data leakage. Customers must immediately change their passwords and report suspicious activity on their accounts.
